Everyone needs a Bonnie in their life.

I named this blog Heart of the Potter...and I had intended to really use it to vent, and try and figure out where exactly my heart IS. Before I started blogging, Bonnie and I had some really good discussions about where we wanted to be. It was her suggestion that I pursue my long time love of making flowers. It always seemed to be what 'clicked' for me. She also thought a solid color glaze would work best for me. As I thought it over, it just made sense. So, I followed her advice and it kept 'clicking' for me.

I can't say enough about how GREAT it is to have an art friend to work with. Bouncing ideas off someone, getting critiques from another arty eye, laughing, helping with the hammer when things don't work right, drinking coffee, and sharing gossip...it just helps so very much! What a blessing Bonnie has been.

When I think about it, I realize I would not be working again if it were not for her.
